FAQ
Is each ticket QR different?
Yes. Each data row produces one document with a unique ID, and the QR links to that document's verification page. No two tickets share a QR.
How do gate staff validate tickets?
Scan the QR with a phone camera. The verification page shows name, tier, seat, and status. To prevent reuse, log the ticket code at scan time.
Can tickets be emailed automatically after payment?
Once your buyer list is in a CSV, enable email delivery in the editor. Each buyer receives their own ticket PDF by email.
